Reservations can be made by phone, by e-mail, or directly through the online booking system on this site. It is considered confirmed only after the receipt of 30% deposit of the total amount of the stay, and once a booking confirmation has been sent by the agency by e-mail. Payment must be made within seven days of sending the payment methods (bank transfer, credit card, postal order). The balance must be paid upon arrival, along with any extras, in cash (up to € 999.99), or by credit/debit card or cheque. The keys are then handed over.

Reservations can only be cancelled in writing by e-mail, fax or other suitable means. The cancellation fees are as follows: up to 40 days before, no penalty applies; from day 39 to day 30, 30% of the cost of the total stay will be deducted; from the 29th day to the 15th day, 50% will be deducted; from the 14th day to the 7th day, 70% will be deducted; after that date, no refund will be made. For all refunds and cancellations, € 30 will be deducted for administrative expenses.

Check-in is from 17.00 to 20.00; any arrivals before and after these times must be communicated to the Agency. The checkout time is no later than 10am; early departures or reduction of stay must be communicated well in advance and will not be subject to any refunds. Late departures must be agreed in advance with the agency, which will evaluate requests based on the availability of the apartments. Upon arrival, you must also submit for each guest, including children under the age of 3, an identity document valid in order to proceed with the registration in accordance with the applicable provisions of law. A deposit of € 150 per apartment must also be paid, which will be returned on departure after inspection of the apartment. From the deposit will be deducted if compulsorily € 30.00 for the entire duration of the stay if guests don’t follow the calendar of the separate collection of rubbish and the latter is left undifferentiated in the house

It is strictly forbidden to accommodate more people than those indicated in the reservation and not registered. For this reason, children are considered as adults. One or more extra persons can be accommodated, depending on the type of the apartment, only on request, paying a surcharge and the relative consumption fees. Pets are allowed, but only on request and in accordance with the regulations of the apartment and/or condominium. The apartments are provided in perfect sanitary condition. Prior to departure, guests must provide for the cleaning of the kitchen and the dishes, leaving the fridge empty and the apartment free of rubbish. During your stay, different rubbish collections will be made according to the calendar in the house. All mattresses have mattress covers. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen can be rented on site or at the time of booking. Please take the utmost care of all the equipment present, not to dirty the walls, not to move the furniture, not to interfere with the electrical or water systems, and especially not to clog the toilets and sinks. Any breakages or damages must be paid for at retail price. Any complaints will be accepted no later than 48 hours from the customer’s arrival. The agency will then have a duty to provide a remedy to the greatest extent possible, and will not accept claims after departure. My Costa Rei is not liable for any theft or damage associated with them. Therefore, we kindly ask you to properly close the doors and windows and not to leave valuables lying around when you are not in the accommodation. Furthermore, My Costa Rei is relieved from any civil or criminal liability for any damage resulting from improper use of movable and immovable property by the lessee, its partners and persons invited by them, for visits and other damage caused by accident or distraction. We are not liable for any interruption of the supply of electricity and water, caused by the relevant authorities. Please do not cause noise disturbance and respect the quiet hours from 14.00 to 17.00, and from 00.00 to 08.00.
